Early, in the morning groups of women reach the vineyards. Hours pass among the rows of Negroamaro, to perform the rite of the grape harvest.

Tenute Rubino, moments of harvest

Negroamaro's grapes are picked up, the main variety in Salento. Tenute Rubino gives birth to a spectacular rosé wine, vinified in white: Saturnino.
