On The Res, a swedish magazine, Peter Loewe writes an article about Apulia. In the article he deal with also Tenute Rubino and yours wines.

[...] A vast number of new wineries have come in the last decade. One of them is Tenuta Rubino, where his son Luigi Rubino has chosen to invest in vineyards. First, as a complement to the farm’s other crops, but today it has become a main industry. Rubino has produced a number of innovations that excellent white wines, as it was difficult to find here, in spite of all the fish eaten by the coast. We taste the wine made at the local and very rare grape susumaniello. It provides a very powerful wine with a slight earthy character. Saturnino falls, the more the taste and confirm the assertion that Salento is the only area in Italy that make good rosé. Just in dry, aromatic and with a clear violet color.- It made solely on negro amaro but may ferment on low temperature in just eight hours, tells Luigi Rubino.I am not surprised to learn that more than half of last year’s production of 80 000 bottles have been exported to Sweden. Saturnino was last summer rosé bomb that sold out very quickly on the system.[...]
