According to 'I vini d'Italia, Le Guide de L'espresso' this winery has become one of the most representative wine brands from Apulia.
"It is a truly impressive qualitative growth of this winery that, within a few vintages, has managed to become one of the most representative brands of Apulia." The explanation of the Guida da "I vini d’Italia, Le Guide de L’Espresso", in 2003, continues in 2004: "the quality of Rubino wines continues to increase brilliantly ." In 2005 the homage is made directly to owner Luigi Rubino who "guides with a steady hand the growth of this ambitious winery, which in just 5 years, has placed its own labels at the top of the regional oenology."
Enthusiastic comment in 2006: "a range of well made wines punctually arrives at Luigi Rubino’s winery. Wines in which excellent winemaking techniques and a precise concept of pleasantness are combined, but are always careful from being excessive and pleasing.'
Of the same idea the most recent editions of the guide that confirmed a productive imprint inspired by a model of modern wines "full of fruit and smooth tannins" that under this brand find "a good balance between extract strength and drinkability".
