Excellent the 2001 Marmorelle Bianco, the most expressive white wine of Apulia ever tasted. Obviously, expressive fruit ... And finally, impressive concentration of black fruit in Jaddico Brindisi Rosso 2001 and Visellio Rosso Primitivo 2001. Until a few years ago, the idea of finding a red wine of Apulia, a Primitivo that is not orange, but is so beautifully filled with blackberry, was nothing more but  a dream. Today is reality. Chapeau!'.

A confirmation also in 2004 with: "... high standard reds, at the same time well-defined and full of life caught in the aromatic as well as in the visual factor. Vivacious purple-black,  the dense and powerful Jaddico 2002. Even richer and more persuasive is the Torre Testa 2001 ... two samples of rare concentration, deserving to be in the Annuario dei Migliori, thanks to their soft and sharp vivacity."

Wine authority of the region that found new confirmation inspired by comments from Luca Maroni in 2005: "if these powerful and concentrated reds acquire the sensory virtues of Sedna 2003, an excellent white with superb clarity, superior fragrance, gifted with fruit, flower and spices in a balanced and harmonic sequence, they would be truly impressive."

2006 and 2007, for this important guide, are years that do not deviate from previous and even emphasize a growth of all the labels in vintages not entirely fortunate for the south of Italy: "congratulations to Tenute Rubino: wines of increasing structure and smoothness, a sign of great rigor and superior treatment ."

And, finally, 2008 true extraordinary praise: "the red Primitivo Visellio 2005 from Tenute Rubino deserves a place in the Annuario dei Migliori,  plum flavour of great vivacity  and turgidity. Spicy mint tones, tannic extractive power magnificently opulent. Congratulations."
