Despite hailing from different countries - she, Maltese and he, Italian - they are linked by the food and wine culture of the Mediterranean, characterized by the careful selection of quality raw materials and the attention with which they prepare their dishes. Even before they met and created Aroma, Alexandra and Vito were united by their passion for good food enjoyed fully in their respective families. It is within the family home in fact, that they had the opportunity to come to know the full wealth of this cuisine, and it is this type of experience that they want to provide to their customers's palates.
