The timing of Wines of Apulia

Dinners and initiatives, nourished by the flavors of Puglia and the great wines of the area of Salento. The magic of a land enclosed in a glass of Negroamaro, Primitivo or Malvasia. With ’Vini di Puglia’ (Wines of Puglia), Tenute Rubino, one of the leading firms for quality wine in Puglia, aims to promote wine culture of its homeland, presenting its wines to an audience of wine-lover or curious people.

The opportunities will be many, widespread in Switzerland, Canada and the U.S., and especially thanks to the extraordinary collaboration of chefs, restaurants, pubs and wine bars that are embracing this interesting proposal. Tasting a selection of Tenute Rubino labels, offered in conjunction with dishes or full menus created to enhance the aromas and flavors of these wines and Mediterranean sun.

19 - 20 - 21 April, Long Island City- New York, Restaurant "Testaccio".

"Testaccio Ristorante" will offer a special tasting menu featuring food and wine from region Apulia. This exciting three day culinary experience will feature chef beacco’s take on Apulian food and pairings to Tenute Rubino wines.

25 April, New York, Restaurant "Cacio e Vino".
