Giancòla

Giancòla was the owner of a 16th century farmhouse built on fields which are now home to our Malvasia Bianca vineyards. His full name was Giovanni Nicola Villanova and the moniker Giancòla is believed to result from a combination of his two Christian names. Today, Giancòla is also the name of a large stream that cuts through the Jaddico estate, an area known for its dedication to viticulture since ancient times.
