V’ITRA, the new traditional method sparkling wine made from Bianco d’Alessano, comes to life at Padula di Geremia, an estate acquired by the Rubino family in 2021. Situated between 313 and 326 meters above sea level, this area benefits from a unique microclimate, ideal for cultivating native Apulian white grape varieties.
