Tenute Rubino confirms the 2025 Equalitas Certification

For the fourth consecutive year, we are a Sustainable Winery

The Equalitas Corporate certification, the standard that attests to environmental, social, and economic sustainability throughout the wine supply chain, has been renewed for 2025. This recognition reaffirms our ongoing commitment to reducing environmental impact and generating value for our territory.

In the 2025 Sustainability Report, we further integrate and strengthen social, environmental, and governance practices in every stage of our production process; year after year, we enhance our best practices to protect the environment and promote responsible development.

ETICO Project: recycling corks for the good of the planet and people

Among the key initiatives of 2025 is our participation in Amorim Cork’s ETICO Project, an initiative that combines recycling and solidarity.
We involved a network of restaurateurs and raised awareness within the local and online community to collect cork stoppers, which are then transformed into raw material for green building and interior design. The proceeds have been donated to the Brindisi-based association Il Bene Che Ti Voglio, which supports over 100 families with children and young people on the autism spectrum, offering qualified rehabilitation services and promoting social inclusion.

People and training at the core

Alongside our focus on the environment, we continue to invest in human capital development. In 2024, we provided over 100 hours of training on safety, quality, export, marketing, wine tourism, and project management, to strengthen skills and foster innovation.
In the coming months, our goals will continue to engage the entire team with enthusiasm and foresight.

The renewal of the Equalitas Corporate certification for 2025 marks both an achievement and a new starting point for us: a tangible commitment to a sustainable wine model that respects the environment, values people, and supports the community.
